The question is do real men drink tea? Real men do drink tea and I have powerful information to show you why. They drink tea for the benefits as well as the refreshment. I don't see men scheduling tea parties on Saturday afternoon and holding up their pinkie fingers, but I do see an interest because of health benefits.

The true definition of love is to care about someone else's well being. Introducing them to the benefits and rewards of drinking tea can show love. It shows you care about their health. A mug, a man, and a good black tea can be beneficial.

What type of tea would a real man drink? Tea like many other beverages is based upon your personal taste, but my recommendation would be a good Assam. It is a black India tea that brews up in three (3) minutes. To me it delivers a natural sweetness, with a bold stand up flavor. It has been described as "malty", mellow and full bodied. I also think a real man would like green tea for a refreshing beverage. Many articles have been written about green tea and the health aspects of drinking green tea. These studies show green tea to be 20 times more efficient in slowing down the aging process than vitamin E. Green tea also works as an anti-carcinogen, is a good source of zinc, helps in the prevention of tooth decay, and combats the causes of high blood pressure. Green teas are generally lower in caffeine than other teas. They brew up into a pale yellowish green tea that is milder than black teas. Green tea is brewed at a lower water temperature, 180 degrees versus 212 degrees. The lower water temperature prevents the tea from becoming bitter or astringent tasting. The taste will vary according to the area where the tea is grown but generally it will be mellow with a fruity or sweetness aftertaste. Rooibos is my favorite blend for iced tea during the day and hot tea before bedtime. It has been called the "miracle tea". Rooibos is imported from South Africa and can be drunk hot or cold, with milk, sugar, honey or lemon. Being 100% caffeine free and rich in proteins, vital minerals and vitamin C this is a suitable drink for any time of the day.

Tea parties are a special occasion. A father and daughter tea party is the best, don't miss this opportunity. Time spent with your father when you're a little girl is always remembered. Little cups turn into big cups as the the years go by and can be a bonding experience to discuss issues or make new memories. I often give my guy friends a tea pot as a gift. Of course I try and suit their personality; I once gave a Canadian chap a pot designed with a twig handle and an acorn top. The purpose of the tea pot gift was for him to invite his Mom to tea occasionally, so she would feel like she still played a role in his life. Tea time can dissolve an argument, make a memory, or aid in the recovery from an illness.

Here is hoping everyone is enjoying their tea and getting the health benefits associated with each cup. And now you know real men do drink tea.
